At the end of the order process on the website, you can choose your preferred shipping method.
Home Delivery – Across Israel
• Delivery time: 2–4 business days.
• Orders received by 12:00 PM will be shipped the same business day.
• Orders received after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
• Maximum delivery time: up to 8 business days.
• Shipping cost: 30 ₪ for orders under 300 ₪.
• Free shipping for orders over 300 ₪ (up to 8 kg).
In-Store Pickup – Tel Aviv
• Address: 26 H’Bayer St, Tel Aviv.
• Pickup must be scheduled in advance by phone.
Express Delivery – Same Day / Next Day (Central Israel Only)
This service is intended for urgent deliveries requiring immediate shipment.
• Orders must be received by 12:00 PM.
• Telephone coordination will be made with the recipient.
• Delivery available Sunday–Thursday.
• Express delivery cost: 50–100 ₪ depending on destination (Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Rishon Lezion, Holon, Bat Yam, Ramat Hasharon, Herzliya, Be’er Ya’akov).
Important Notes
• Deliveries are made between 08:00–18:00; please provide an address where the delivery can be received during these hours.
• Delays may occur during peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions).
• Delays by courier companies beyond our control may occur.
• Fridays and Saturdays are not considered business days.
• If the courier cannot deliver the shipment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
Returns & Exchanges Policy – Jerry The Label
We allow returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns
• Items can be returned within 14 business days of receiving the package.
• Return conditions:
– The item has not been used.
– Not washed or damaged.
– In its original packaging.
– With attached labels.
• Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase only.
• Refunds will be minus a 5% cancellation fee as per law.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
• Exchanges can be made within 14 business days.
• In-store exchange at 26 H’Bayer St, Tel Aviv: free of charge.
• Exchange via courier:
– Two-way shipping: 50 ₪.
– One-way shipping: 30 ₪.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Canceled
• Items purchased on SALE.
• Purchases made with a discount coupon over 10% (considered a sale purchase).
• Gifts or items for which no payment was made.
• Individual items from a gift set cannot be returned.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Even if an order is canceled before shipping, a 5% cancellation fee will apply as per law.
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the credit card company.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
