These terms form the legal basis for using the website and making purchases. Browsing the website and placing orders constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

A. Definitions

The Products – all fashion items and accessories offered for sale on the website.
Business Day – Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, Sabbaths, intermediate festival days, and memorial days.
Customer – any person using the website, including making purchases for themselves or a third party.

B. General

  1. The website serves as an online store for selling fashion and clothing products.
  2. Use of the website is subject solely to these terms.
  3. The company may update these terms from time to time without prior notice, unless it is a material change.
  4. Product prices include VAT but do not include shipping fees.
  5. The company does not guarantee availability of all items at all times.
  6. Images on the website are for illustration only; there may be differences in color/texture.
  7. Use of the website is allowed for persons aged 18 and above. Purchase by a minor requires parental or guardian consent.
  8. Website computer records shall serve as evidence of actions performed on it.
  9. The company may block access or cancel orders in cases of illegal activity, false information, existing debts, or violation of these terms.

C. Registration and Placing Orders

  1. Purchases can be made by a registered customer or as a guest by filling out a complete and accurate order form.
  2. The customer is responsible for keeping their account details confidential.
  3. Accepted payment methods: valid Israeli/international credit card, PayPal, or payment providers approved on the website.
  4. Incorrect information may result in non-delivery of the product; in this case, the company may charge additional shipping fees.
  5. Order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email after payment authorization.
  6. Product delivery depends on item availability. If an item is out of stock, the order will be canceled and the customer refunded.
  7. The website may contact the customer to complete an order in case of unapproved payment or missing details.
  8. PayPal purchases may include a transaction fee according to PayPal policy.

D. Order Cancellation and Returns

This section is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

  1. Orders may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. For cancellations not due to a defect, the company may deduct a 5% cancellation fee or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
  3. Products purchased on sale or with a coupon above 10% discount may only be canceled within 5 business days.
  4. In case of defect, mismatch, or delayed delivery, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  5. Special cancellation rights apply to senior citizens, new immigrants, and people with disabilities – up to 4 months for orders placed via phone/digital communication, subject to presenting documentation.
  6. Refunds will be made to the credit card/payment method used for the transaction.
  7. Sale items, unpaid items, and gifts are not eligible for a refund.
  8. A single item from a set/package cannot be returned individually.
  9. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

E. Delivery and Shipping

  1. Products will be delivered via home courier or collected in-store.
  2. Pickup address: 26 H’Bayer St, Tel Aviv.
  3. The company will adhere to delivery times as listed on the “Shipping Policy” page.
  4. The company is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping factors.

F. Company Liability

  1. The company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of the website.
  2. The company is not responsible for communication disruptions, cyberattacks, system malfunctions, force majeure, or events beyond its control.
  3. Errors or information gaps do not obligate the company.
  4. Liability for misuse of the product (including incorrect washing or handling) rests solely with the customer.

G. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  1. All copyrights on the website – design, code, text, images, logo, graphics, and content – belong solely to the company.
  2. No content from the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, translated, displayed, or used without written permission from the company.
  3. Use of robots/crawlers to copy or collect information from the website is prohibited.
  4. Website content may not be displayed in frames or have its design altered.

H. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Personal information provided on the website will be stored in the company database and used for product delivery, customer service, marketing, site improvement, and legal compliance.
